Job Summary
Primarily responsible in the attainment of the branch’s deposit and profitability targets by generating growths in deposits, both from new and existing customers; provides assistance to the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services. Perpetually expands the bank’s clientele base by achieving the prescribed targets in terms of number of new customer acquisitions.
Qualifications
✔ Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
✔ 3-5 years-experience in bank branch operations.
✔ Highly analytical and with good business acumen
✔ Excellent negotiation skill and communication skills.
Duties And Responsibilities
Generate corporate accounts for loan and deposit products.
Conduct client calls, plant visits and initial credit evaluations.
Gather financial, operational, and market data to support credit evaluation.
Evaluate viability and credit worthiness of applicant borrower and existing clients.
Prepare credit recommendation for submission to approving bodies with the attendant analysis of data inputs.
Coordinates approved condominium loan facility to respective departments.
Provide assistance in the implementation of marketing plan strategies and introduce high quality financial and facilities for clients.
Qualifications
✔ Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business and marketing related course
✔ In-depth understanding and knowledge of market research techniques and principles, statistical and data analysis methods
✔ Proven experience as a relationship manager or a similar role in the bank industry
✔ Excellent communication and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
In charge of Forex trading: Spot, Swap and Forward
In charge in the computation of the required bank reserves and liquidity
In charge of dealings with BSP and counterparty banks
In charge of peso and dollar investments with other banks
Calculate and expect cash inflows and outflows daily
Calculate and expect clearing outward and inward daily
Monitors bank’s account balances maintained with other local and foreign banks
Monitors auction result of Government Securities, BSP Securities, ORRP, TDF
Submits daily report to the President.
Qualifications
✔ Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Accounting or any 4-year business course
✔ With at least two years of actual experience with another bank in FX derivative transactions as in-charge or at least as assistant-in-charge.
✔ Preferably attended the Treasury Certification Program (TCP)
✔ In-depth understanding and knowledge of market situation
✔ Knowledgeable in Liquidity and Reserves
✔ Familiar with BSP MOS System, LSEG
✔ Excellent communication and analytical skills
